Koti Home Care is based in Thorpe Hesley.
We have deliberately defined a tight operating area covering parts of Rotherham and North Sheffield. This is not a limitation. It is a decision.
In home care, the distance between visits has a direct impact on whether a service works properly. Travel time affects punctuality, continuity, communication and flexibility. Once a service stretches too far, those things begin to deteriorate.
Our focus is to build a service that is consistent and reliable. That requires control of geography.

We will expand our coverage over time, but only where it can be supported without compromising delivery. Growth that weakens consistency is not growth we are interested in.
