Gary Stapleton FRSA
Commissioning & Mobilisation Manager
Gary brings more than 35 years’ experience across health and social care, including care delivery, commissioning, governance, service development, operational leadership and quality improvement.
Gary leads Koti Home Care’s operational development and is responsible for shaping the service, its systems, standards, governance and day-to-day operating model. He is directing the commissioning and mobilisation of the service and leading its preparation for CQC registration.
His focus is on building a safe, reliable and well-governed service with clear accountability, strong leadership and a genuinely person-centred approach.

Nominated Individual
Sohail is the Nominated Individual for Koti Home Care, representing the provider in its relationship with the Care Quality Commission and helping ensure the service is properly governed, accountable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
He works closely with Koti’s leadership team to maintain effective oversight of quality, safety and service development. His role includes supporting clear lines of responsibility, reviewing performance and helping ensure that the organisation continues to develop in a controlled and sustainable way.
Sohail shares Koti’s commitment to providing reliable, respectful and person-centred support, with strong governance behind every aspect of the service.
